Evidence-Based Childbirth Education

Natural Birth with The Bradley Method®

Birth is like a marathon. How are you training? Taking a Bradley Method natural childbirth class helps prepare for this important day. Our classes provide a deep dive into the physiology of birth, the power of relaxation, and the importance of prenatal nutrition.

Birth is a natural process that your body was designed for, but our culture does not help us prepare for the experience. Most people only experience dramatized birth scenes in the media or are only introduced to birth during the actual event.

Our classes empower you to:

  • Build Confidence: Understand what happens during every stage of labor.

  • Partner-Led Support: Your birth partner will learn how to be an expert coach, providing physical comfort and emotional grounding.

  • Informed Advocacy: Learn your birthing options and how you and your partner can advocate for your birth preferences.
