Lactation Support & Childbirth Education in the Willowbrook area

Lactation Support & Childbirth Education inside HealthPro Chiropractic

Birth is like a marathon. How are you training? Taking a Bradley Method natural childbirth class helps prepare for this important day.

Breastfeeding is a skill that both you and your baby are learning together. At our HealthPro Chiropractic location off Cypresswood, we are committed to supporting you through birth and feeding.

Lactation Support Month 1 Roadmap

Your first month of parenthood is about bonding & survival. Our time together will focus on things like: assessing latch and oral function, weighted feeds, immediate relief for nipple pain & engorgement, managing cluster feeding, and pumping challenges.

  • Initial Visit

I can come to you for the very first session to settle your feeding rhythm in your own environment.

Get your questions about breastfeeding & postpartum answered.

  • Weeks 1-2

Establish the latch and monitoring weight gain in our supportive Cypresswood location.

Focus on individual concerns such as nipple pain, flange fitting, supply concerns, etc.

  • Weeks 3-4

Continue with support through the first growth spurt and as milk supply begins to stabilize.

Set up periodic check-ins with Tania to ensure you have sufficient support as you navigate your first year.
